Ankeri is SOC 2 Type II Compliant
Ankeri has completed a SOC 2 Type II audit, confirming that our controls for security, availability, and confidentiality meet the AICPA's Trust Services Criteria over a sustained review period. This independent SOC 2 Type II compliance report reflects our ongoing commitment to protecting customer data, and is available to customers and prospects through our Trust Centre.

How Ankeri approaches security
We use encryption for data in transit and data at rest. Access to customer data is controlled and limited to authorized personnel, and permissions are reviewed regularly.

Ankeri is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), which provides secure, reliable cloud infrastructure. We use built-in AWS security features and monitoring tools to help maintain the stability and availability of our services.
We incorporate security checks into our development and deployment processes, including reviews and automated testing.
We maintain backup routines and documented internal procedures for handling incidents and ensuring continuity of service.
We work with trusted third-party providers and review their security practices as part of our vendor management.
