The Ankeri team recently attended the Posidonia International Shipping Exhibition in Athens, Greece, from June 3-7, 2024. Posidonia 2024, themed "Powering ahead," provided invaluable insights and connections in the maritime industry, exemplified by the impressive statistics of the Greek fleet and the event's significant growth.This year’s event was particularly special, marking the best-attended Posidonia in its 55-year history. With over 32 thousand visitors from 130 countries, the event saw a 12% increase compared to 2022.

On our first day in Athens, we attended a networking event hosted by WOMENTOGETHER and TradeWinds at Zen Beach in Vouliagmeni, Greece. Aimed at welcoming newcomers to Posidonia, especially women, the event brought together over 150 guests in a relaxed setting. It was a great opportunity to meet new people and reconnect with familiar faces, making the rest of the week more approachable and engaging for everyone involved.
