At Ankeri, we believe that innovation, collaboration and celebration go hand in hand. Every year, we gather for Árshátíð, an Icelandic tradition where companies host an annual celebration for their teams. We reflect on our achievements, celebrate together with spouses and enjoy each other’s company a tradition we’re proud to make our own.
Ankeri team gathered in Reykjavík this year to mark one of our favorite traditions. After an inspiring full-day innovation workshop at our HQ on Thursday, 25 September, the energy and excitement carried into the next day for our annual Árshátíð celebration.
On September 26, our team and spouses came together for our annual Árshátíð 2025. The event started with a yacht tour from the Reykjavík Old Harbour to Viðey Island. Our team enjoyed the fresh sea air, relaxed on deck and took in the views of Reykjavík and the surrounding coastline. It was a great way to unwind together and set the tone for the evening.
After the cruise, we gathered for a delightful dinner by the harbour, enjoying a three-course meal and great company. It was a wonderful moment to reflect on our progress and the teamwork that makes Ankeri thrive. The night continued into the heart of Reykjavík with karaoke, drinks, and lively entertainment, letting everyone sing dance, and create memories that will last for a long time. Árshátíð 2025 reminded us why our team is at the heart of Ankeri.
